Ambassador Program
Merck Research Laboratories
The Merck Ambassador Program is an interactive collaboration designed to foster relationships between industry and academic research. It provides an annual forum for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to interact with Merck scientists in order to learn about internships and research opportunities.
In 2003, Merck Research Laboratory awarded Duke's Department of Immunology continued annual funding to enhancing career mentoring to basic science students. Duke Immunology was one of five programs in the
U.S.
to be selected to participate Ambassador Program.
