The Department of Immunology administrative staff is in the process of developing a support system for lab managers.  Over the next year we will be working with other basic science departments to produce a lab managers manual and implement training sessions.  Currently, the first Wednesday in the month the Immunology Lab Managers Meetings (LCM) is held.  These meetings are a forum to disseminate information regarding policy, processes, and procedures to and from lab managers and the business office.  The goal of these meetings is to help the business office improve it's support of lab managers, increase the knowledge of the lab managers, and to offer a venue for problem solving.
