Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR). Postdocs at Duke have two options to fulfill RCR training on T32 and NIH/NSF training grants: online modules or a training session offered in the spring. The online module is offered through the Collaborative Insitutional Training Initiative program (CITI). The 4-part RCR training session is offered each spring via the Duke Clinical Research Unit. Duke is in the process of expanding RCR training for postdocs. Watch for announcements through the Office of Sponsored Programs, OSP.
The Preparing Future Faculty program is open to all postdocs. This program offers an Introduction to College Teaching course and a Teaching IDEAS workshops, among others.
